Harmony Express prepares for the MoCo Ag Fair

Harmony Express will be heading to the Montgomery County Agricultural Fair again this August. Strolling the upper fairgrounds, the chorus will be bringing barbershop favorites and popular tunes in the barbershop style to fairgoers daily. Look for us in our khakis and red polos, August 11-19, weekdays 6-10 pm and weekends 2-7 pm. If you enjoy singing, ask to sing a tag (short phrase) with us!!  

The Montgomery County Agricultural Fair will be celebrating its 74th year with the theme "Saddle up for Fun!"

Harmony Express sings with seniors

In mid-June, members of Harmony Express worked with seniors at Wheaton Rec Center, teaching the barbershop style through a Community Sing program of nonprofit Carpe Diem Arts. Approximately 10 seniors discovered their voice part, learned about the four voice parts of barbershop and ringing a chord, and sang several songs together in the barbershop style.
